How does the gift cards work?
You can send a gift card to your loved one with the value from Rs.1,000 to Rs. 20,000. We will email the eGift Card to the recipient after purchase. The activation of the eGift Card can take up to 24 hours.
How can I redeem the eGift Card?
You can choose the payment method Gift Card during your checkout and simply enter the eGift Card code received in your email to validate the same. You can redeem up to 5 BIRKENSTOCK eGift Card in one purchase. You can only redeem eGift Cards that were purchased online for goods in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop ( www.birkenstock.in ), but not for the purchase of further eGift Cards.
What happens to the unused amount in my eGift Card?
The eGift Card and the credit it contains can be redeemed up to the end of the 1st year of issuing it. In case, there are any issues with the eGift Card do reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com
How long does it take for my eGift Card to get activated ?
