Terms and Conditions

• All orders with an item value of Rs. 6990 and above for each product will receive a free shoe bag.
• If you place an order with 2 products of value over Rs. 6990 each or above, you will receive 2 shoe bags free (one for each product)
• Whereas, if you have any item in your order that is below Rs. 6990 you will not be eligible for a free shoe bag

 Eligibility

• The promotion is for all customers who make a purchase between 17.12.2021 to 31.12.2021 (both days inclusive).
• All orders with item value of Rs. 6990 and above for each product will receive free shoe bag.

 Offer details

• In-case if you wish to return the products, you will need to return the Shoe bag as well. You can visit our returns policy and follow return instructions.

General T&C

• Participation shall be open till 2359 hours on 31st December 2021 or till stocks last. NDSPL reserves the right to amend, alter the terms and conditions of the Offer and/or the duration of the offer, or terminate the offer altogether any time during its validity period without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes arising out of the offer are subject to arbitration of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by NDSPL. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
• The venue and seat of the arbitrator shall be Mumbai and courts at Mumbai alone shall have the exclusive Territorial jurisdiction. The fees payable to the arbitrator shall be shared equally between both the parties namely NDSPL and the customer.
• The customer accepts to share high resolution pictures with said free shoe bag and agrees to get photographed and video graphed for using in promotion material across India. The customer agrees and accepts that no payment will be made to the winner if such photographs or videos are used for any promotional activities by any entity.
