GETTING STARTED
1. How do I find my Birkenstock size?

We follow European sizing, with most styles available in whole sizes.
You will also find two width options - Regular and Narrow.

If you are unsure, refer to our Fit Guide. Once you find your size, it stays consistent across styles.

2. What is the difference between Regular and Narrow fit?

Regular is our standard fit, suited for most foot shapes.
Narrow offers a slimmer footbed and a closer fit.

If your sandals feel loose across the width, Narrow is likely the better option.

3. Do Birkenstock sandals need a break-in period?

Yes, and it is worth it.

The Birkenstock footbed adapts to you over time. Start with shorter wear, and within a few weeks, it will feel like it was made just for you.

4. What if my size is out of stock?

Sizes are restocked periodically.

You can sign up for alerts on the product page or check availability at a nearby store.

ORDERS & DELIVERY
1. How do I place an order?

Pick your pair, choose your size, and add it to cart. Head to checkout, enter your details, and confirm your order and we’ll take it from there.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order directly at birkenstock.clickpost.ai or through the "My Orders" section in your account.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed only before dispatch. Reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we will help you sort it.

4. What payment options are available?

We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹12,000). All orders come with free shipping.

5. Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?

We offer digital Gift Cards that can be purchased and gifted online. Please check our Gift Cards T&C page for details. Gift wrapping is not available at the moment.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, visit birkenstock.clickpost.ai/return-exchange or log in to your account. If you have opted for a no-return offer, the product is not eligible for return.

2. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, you can exchange for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Start your request through the returns portal.

3. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method. UPI/wallet refunds may be faster; bank transfers can take an additional 2–3 business days.

1. What is Birko-Flor®?

Birko-Flor® is a durable, easy-care alternative to leather. Soft on the inside, resilient on the outside - designed for everyday wear. Gentle against the skin and is simple to clean with a damp cloth.

2. Are EVA sandals waterproof?

Yes. EVA styles are lightweight, waterproof, and easy to clean - ideal for the beach, pool, or rainy days. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat.

3. How do I care for leather Birkenstocks?

Clean leather uppers with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water. Apply a leather conditioner or our Birkenstock Leather Care products periodically to keep the leather supple. Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Our Shoe Care range has everything you need. With the right care, your pair only gets better over time.

4. Can Birkenstock sandals be repaired?

Yes. Our sandals are designed to be repaired, not discarded. Many styles allow for the footbed, sole, or straps to be renewed over time. Please visit one of our authorised stores or contact us for repair options in India.

1. How do I create an account?

Click on "Login / Register" at the top of the page, then select "Create an Account". Fill in your name, email, and phone number - it only takes a minute. You will also receive ₹500 off your first purchase.

2. How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the steps. You will receive a reset link via email.

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY
1. Are products on Birkenstock.in authentic?

Yes, absolutely.  You are shopping on the official Birkenstock India store, operated by Birkenstock Digital GmbH. Every pair is 100% authentic and backed by our official warranty.

2. What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
