Terms & Conditions – Birkenstock Experience Survey Campaign

By participating in the Birkenstock Experience Survey (“Survey”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”). These govern your participation in the campaign and eligibility to receive the associated reward.

1. Confidentiality & Data Usage

  • All information submitted by participants in the Survey will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for internal analysis, customer experience improvement, and marketing research by Birkenstock India.
  • Under no circumstances will any personal information be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties without the participant’s explicit consent, unless required by law.
  • Data may be aggregated and anonymized for reporting purposes, ensuring no personally identifiable information is revealed.

2. Eligibility

  • The Survey is open to residents of India at the time of participation.
  • Each individual may participate only once. Multiple entries or suspected misuse may lead to disqualification at Birkenstock’s discretion.

3. Coupon Usage & Terms

  • Participants who complete the Survey in full are eligible to receive a flat ₹1000 OFF coupon.
  • The coupon:
    • Is valid exclusively on purchases made through Birkenstock India’s official online webshop: www.birkenstock.in
    • The coupon cannot be redeemed at retail stores or marketplaces (offline or third-party platforms).
    • Does not require a minimum cart value.
    • It is valid until 31 July 2025, after which it will automatically expire.
    • It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
    • It cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or ongoing offers.
    • The offer is not valid on 1774 products and accessories.

4. Survey Participation

  • Only fully completed Survey responses submitted within the campaign window (July 01–14, 2025) are eligible for the reward.
  • Birkenstock reserves the right to verify the authenticity of responses and disqualify incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries.

5. General Conditions

  • Birkenstock reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Survey or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in the Survey implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  • In case of any ambiguity or dispute regarding these terms, the decision of Birkenstock India will be final and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Birkenstock India will not be responsible for any technical glitches, system failures, submission errors, or unauthorized access affecting Survey participation or coupon redemption.
  • Once issued, the brand will not be liable for loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized use of the coupon code.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this campaign shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
