- This preview is exclusively available to Birkenstock Members and is subject to slot availability.
- Upon successful booking, a confirmation email with a unique confirmation code will be shared, which must be presented at the store for entry.
- Customers are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
- Each booking remains valid for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled slot, beyond which Birkenstock reserves the right to release the slot at its discretion.
- Bookings, once confirmed, cannot be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled.
- Entry and participation are subject to store capacity and applicable store policies.
- Birkenstock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the preview event or any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
